Hyde Farms is committed to bringing you top quality meat that you simply will not find anywhere else.

We raise our Yorkshire/Hamshire hogs and Black Angus cattle on our family-owned, farms, headquartered in beautiful Greenback, Tennessee. Operating on 1,500 acres located in and around Loudon, Monroe, and McMinn Counties.

And when we say, “straight from our stable, to your table,” we mean it! We are personally involved in every step along the way to guarantee that when you get Hyde Farms meat, you taste the difference!

Our Beef

Here at Hyde Farms, we take pride in being able to say that we are Tennessee State Certified Master Beef Producers.

Our Black Angus cattle are raised on grass pastures and supplemented with feed and hay that we raise right here on our farm.

 

Hyde Farms offers a wide selection of Prime cuts, including Ribeyes, T-bones, Filets, and a variety of Roasts, as well as Brisket, Tongue, Ribs, Ox tail, Liver, and Suet; just to name a few!

We offer Ground beef, Ground Brisket, Ground Sirloin, and Ground Chuck that we ground in-house daily!

Our Pork

In order to produce the best quality pork for our customers, our hogs are fed rations designed by our nutritionist using feed that we raise on our farms. This enables us to control the quality of our pork products.

Just a few of the pork cuts that we offer here at Hyde Farms are, Boneless and Bone-in Pork Chops, Baby back and St. Louis Style Ribs, Boston Butts, Sliced Ham, Tenderized Pork, Ground Pork,  Tenderloin, and our very popular Breakfast Sausage!
